SUMMARY:JA-CHRODIS Workshop at the EPH Conference
DESCRIPTION:JA-CHRODIS held a pre-conference workshop “Who can benefit from JA-CHRODIS? The results from the European Joint Action to tackle chronic diseases” at the last EPH Conference on the 10th of November. \nThe workshop aimed to analyse how and to what extent the outputs of JA-CHRODIS can have an impact on the prevention and care of chronic diseases. The outputs from the JA-CHRODIS in the areas of health promotion and prevention\, multimorbidity and diabetes were presented. A round table examined how to improve European and national actions on chronic diseases\, with the participation of health professionals\, public health specialists\, regional and national government representatives and patients.
