SUMMARY:EConDA final conference – dissemination of project results
DESCRIPTION:EConDA organises a final conference to disseminate the project results that will be held on 22th September\, 2015 in Brussels. Across Europe chronic diseases account for 86% of all deaths each year\, though rates vary between and within countries due to stark inequalities in health. Chronic diseases have a large impact on health care costs throughout the European Union. Co-leader of the multimorbidity work\, Rokas Navickas contributed to the session Facing Multimorbidity: Challenges and Responses on Day 2\, sharing essential facts and key trends of co-morbidity across Europe.
