SUMMARY:Observatory Venice summer school 2015 Integrated care: moving beyond the rhetoric
DESCRIPTION:Organised by the European Observatory on Health Systems and Policies in collaboration with the Veneto Region\, the Summer School 2015 is to take place from 26 July to 1 August 2015 in Venice\, Italy. \nThe six day course is an opportunity to interact and debate\, share experiences with senior policy makers\, planners and professionals in the field of integrated care. Participants will explore the latest evidence on integrated care\, critically analyse and discuss innovative approaches\, assess their effectiveness and implementation challenges – towards drawing practical policy and implementation lessons to inform better decision-making on delivery system reform that will positively impact the quality of care given resource constraints. \nEarly applications are encouraged as places are limited.
